This series of assembled pressure water tank is suitable for all kinds of ship's fresh water and sea water water supply systems. It integrates pressure water tank, water pump, valve and pipe. The unit is modular, with compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and beautiful appearance.
This series of assembled pressure water tank adopts vertical pump or horizontal pump for users to choose.
1, Material: Marine pressure water tank cabinet material is Q345R, GB713-2008, nozzle material seawater pressure cabinet using thickened Marine seamless steel pipe, fresh water pressure cabinet using 304 stainless steel pipe.
2. Surface treatment: After thorough sandblasting and rust removal, the inner surface of the fresh water pressure cabinet is coated with non-toxic epoxy paint, and the outer surface is coated with light gray finish; The inner surface of the seawater pressure cabinet is coated with non-toxic epoxy paint, and the outer surface is coated with gray top paint.

6, control box requirements:
(1) Function:
A. can control the automatic/manual start/stop function of fresh water/sea water pump/standby pump, set the transfer switch.
B. Operation indication, fault alarm, etc. need to be extended to the centralized control console (provide 485 interface, passive normal closed point, open circuit alarm).
C. Pressure controller and instrument are imported parts

(3) Supply of fresh water/sea water pump/standby pump as a whole, and design according to all provided parameters;
7. Gasket adopts asbestos-free arylon rubber gasket, valve and accessories are made of copper or stainless steel.
