Liquid-storage barrel

l     It should be made of stainless steel plate which is 1Cr18Ni9Ti and has a thickness of not less than 2mm. The stainless steel should meet the requirements of GB/T3280-1992 and have the effective warranty. Production number should be on the tank.
l     The welds shall be smooth without incomplete penetration, burning through, scar and some other defects which can deface the strength and appearance.
l     When the test pressure is 1.5 times as large as the maximum working pressure according to the 6.5.4, there should be no leakage or permanent deformation.
l     The burst pressure should be 5 times larger than the maximum working pressure and this test is conducted according to the regulation of 6.5.5. During this test, some phenomena should be noticed:
ü     There should not be debris flying out from the water tank.
ü     Blasting crack can't be on weld.
ü     Blasting should show the plastic damage and the break should not appear radial.
l     Liquid-storage barrel shall be equipped with pressure relief device which is easy to operate, releasing the residual air pressure of the tank.

l      The design, manufacture, test and use should be consistent with the provisions of "Gas Cylinder Safety Inspection Rules" and have the inspection report issued by the quality supervision departments at or above the provincial level.
l      There should be some marks on the gas cylinder, such as compressed air, number, pressure of hydraulic test, nominal working pressure, blasting pressure, nominal volume, weight, production date, inspection cycle, useful life, number of product standard and warning which shows no filling with fiber breakage or damage.

l      Made of corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel
l      This product chooses the braided compression-resistant rubber hose. The hose's nominal pressure is 1.5 times larger than the working pressure of liquid-storage barrel and it has the inspection certificate. The hose should have enough strength without leakage and permanent deformation when the test is conducted according to the 6.5.2.
l      The blasting pressure of connecting pipes should be 5 times as large as the working pressure.
l      The quick connector of this fire gun should be simple in operation and flexible in connecting and disconnecting. After plugging experiment for 2000 times, this fire gun should still meet the standards of 5.9 and 5.10.
l      There should be no resistance and leakage phenomena from spray to jet mode.
