Marine Water Lubricated Stern Tube Seal
Application
It is suitable for kinds of vessels that do not need to disassemble the propeller shaft and rudder blade while installing, changing and maintaining and whose lubricating working nedium is oil.
Characteristics:
Simple structure: consists of two major parts, with spare stationary seal ring and no wear to the propeller shaft and sleeve;
Long service life: dynamic pressure lubrication engendered by special structure of seal ring realizes specific pressure of and face contact; work reliably at the time of axial play.
Low water leakage: under 40 litres/day; only water drop can be seen in navigation pause, or even no water drop at all.
Bass-filled gasket ring: enables maintenance in water, with a water leakage under 4 litres/hour during maintenance
Extra emergency radial seal ring is available.
