Installation Method and Essential Precautions:
1. During the installation of the rubber joint, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the designated displacement limits. Adherence to this guideline is crucial for optimal functionality and safety.
2. In scenarios where pipeline pressure is exceedingly high, the use of limit bolts is recommended to securely join both ends of the flange, thereby ensuring robustness and stability.
3. Ensure that bolts are installed symmetrically and tightened gradually to maintain even pressure distribution. This method prevents localized leakage and preserves the integrity of the joint.
4. For working pressures above 1.6Mpa, incorporate elastic pressure pads during bolt installation. This precaution helps in maintaining bolt stability and prevents loosening during operation.
5. When installing on pipelines with vertical joint forces, vertical force support or a suitable escapement must be used to counteract operational pressures effectively.
6. Rubber joints must be kept away from heat sources and ozone-rich areas. They must not be exposed to strong radiation or media that do not meet specified requirements.
7. It is strictly prohibited to damage the rubber joint's surface or sealing surface during transport and handling, as this could compromise its functionality.
8. For overhead installations, elastic supports can be utilized. Bolts should be tightened using a diagonal method to ensure evenly distributed tension.
