The CGT-165 projection magnetic compass is designed and manufactured according to Chinese standard GB/T14108-2011 "Marine A-class magnetic compass general technical conditions", the performance is fully in line with ISO and IMO Navigation device requirements and standards. It has clear and bright projection dial. It is characterized by high precision and stable performance, and can be used for a long time under severe conditions. In generally, the characteristics are summarized as follows:
1. It is both a standard magnetic compass and a steering magnetic compass, which overcomes the difficulties of installation and calibration in steel cabins. And it is more suitable for the layout of the steering console.
2. If the position of the steering console is not under the standard compass binnacle, the mirror head can be changed by the horizontal optical bypass . 3. Projection tube is designed to reach the bottom of the compass binnacle, so it is easy to install and maintain, and can be removed at any time to clean the imaging glass.
4. Mounting hole is reserved for sensor at the bottom of the compass bowl instead of the previous installation method, which affects the calibration of the compass on account of sensor mounted on the glass of the bowl. Furthermore sensor mounted on the bottom can further improve the accuracy.
