Product Description

The CLZ Series marine or navy axial fan, also known as type CLZ fans, is designed for ventilation in marine environments. It is suitable for use in machinery rooms and cash compartments. The fan can be used for air supply or exhaust and can handle ocean air containing salt fog or acid vaporized from batteries. The maximum temperature of the transferred air should not exceed 50°C.

Structure:

1. The CLZ fan consists of the impeller, casing, motor, guide cowl, conical diffuser, and more.
2. The casing is made of thick steel plates and consists of an inner cylinder, a shell, and a downstream guide vane. The shell is shaped like a cylindrical duct with flanges for easy connection to ducts at both ends. The inner cylinder and shell are connected with the downstream guide vane, which helps guide the airflow.
3. The motor is a built-in type that is specially designed for the CLZ fan. It is totally enclosed, naturally cooled, and capable of withstanding salt spray, vibration, and shocks. There are two types of motors available: the ZZT-U Series DC marine motor (rated voltage 220v) and the Y-H series AC marine motor (rated voltage 220/380v).
4. The propeller is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and is carefully balanced. It is mounted directly on the motor shaft extension.
5. The guide cowl installed on the inlet and the conical diffuser installed on the outlet help reduce air flow vortex, ensuring higher fan efficiency. These components are made of reinforced plastics.
6. The fan is printed and painted with marine-grade paint for added durability.
