Product Description
General
 CBZ series marine or navy explosion proof axial fans ( thereafter called the explosion-proof fan) are designed and manufactured according to GB/T11864-2008 "Marine explosion-proof axial fans", GB3836.1-2000 "electrical apparstus for explosive atmosphere", GB3836.2-2000 "electrical apparstus for explosive atmospheres, and explosion-proof electrical equipment"d", "Rules for Steel Sea Ship in Class and Building".
 
This Series fan have been examined and proved up to standard by the Explosion-proof Inspection Authority of the PRC and have got the certificate of inspection. They have also been examined by the Register of shipping of PRC and have got the Certificate
 
Features
Explosion proof, state and reliable in operation, well anticorrosive, strongly capable of resisting swing, vibration and shocking.
 
Structure
The fans can be made into two structure types, type I (tube type), type II (porthole type):
1)Type I -tube type for ventilation of short tubes or fixed on the bulkhead.
2)Type II -fixed on porthole. It can be fixed on the porthole or the bulkhead. Since it's water-proof it can be easily opened or closed to keep rain or sea water out.
Impeller is made of cast aluminum alloy; casing is welded by steel sheet.
