A. INTROCUCE
This series Heat Exchanger are used to cool all kinds of fresh water or lubricationg oil. Cooling water may be fresh water or sea water. The Heat Exchanger has protectiong device when sea water is used.
B. MATERIAL OF MAIN PARTS
Cover: HT200,GB5675
Shell: Q235A GB3274, B GB712. 20g GB713
Cooling tube: HA177-2 GB8890
Tube plate: Hsn62-1 GB2041
C. SPECIFICATION
Heat Exchanger area: 1-400m2

The Heat Exchanger can be designed according to users requirements. The sliding tube plate at either end is used for higher temperature variation. The vertical cooler is used to limit space. Threading tubes are used for lubricating oil cooler in order to reduce the volume of cooler. Titanium and other nonferrous metals are used for special situation. Welding or expanse and welding technology are used for manufacturing higher pressure cooler. Inlet and outlet flanges are manufactured according to difference standard.
