Introduction of marine windshield:
Our company produces two types of windshield assemblies: framed and unframed, with framed windshields divided into three piece and five piece types. The package frame adopts a maritime magnesium aluminum alloy frame, which is anodized on the surface to form a dense and sturdy corrosion-resistant oxide layer. Colors include: imitation stainless steel, pearl silver, silver gray, black, etc. Glass is made of float black glass, gray glass, and white glass. Durable to scratches, UV rays, and not easily damaged. The sealing system is of specially designed sectional shape and material, which is firm, anti-aging and seawater corrosion resistant. The support system adopts a universal strut design, equipped with high-strength nylon connectors, which are sturdy and durable.
Our company undertakes the customization of various complex and irregular three-dimensional curved yacht windshields. The hot bending type unframed yacht windshields produced are made of high-quality automotive grade glass, which has high transparency, excellent ductility, and wind pressure resistance. The colors include black wave, gray glass, white glass, and other optional colors. The thickness ranges from 4mm to 12mm
Due to the use of steel hot bending molds for production, the surface curvature transition is very smooth and smooth, with no visible distortion observed by the naked eye. The overall crystal clear and natural appearance is achieved. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes optical grade precision surface polishing, and is visually inspected under a 1000 watt small sun lamp without spots, bubbles, glove spots, or fixture indentation. The surface is covered with scratch resistant protective film for mobile phone screens, and is exported in large quantities to international markets such as Italy, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, and Egypt.
