1. Application:
industrial chillers are widely used in the field of surface treatment (Anodizing, Coloring,  Electrophoresis, Plating), Plastic injection, Rubber processing, Beverage & Brewery, Chemical Industry,  Mushroom Plant, Grain Storage etc.
 
Chilled water flow rate: customized, inlet water temperature 450C, outlet water temperature ±3°C Based on calculation.The design adopts heat exchanged to cool water down through 4-stage.
 
At the first stage,   water temperature drop is from 45°C to 34°C by plate heat exchanger;
At the second stage, water temperature drop is from 34°C to 23°Cby plate heat exchanger;
At the third stage,   water temperature drop is from 23°C to 16°Cby plate heat exchanger;
At the fourth stage,  water temperature drop is from 16°C to 10°Cplate heat exchanger;
At the fifth stage,  water temperature drop is from 10°C to ±3°C by falling film heat exchanger.
