1. Explosive recombination principle
Explosive bonding (also known as explosive welding) is that two or more layers of composite metal are driven by the detonation of explosives to push the composite layer to the base layer at a high speed and incline to collide with each other. In a very short time, instantaneous high pressure and high temperature are generated near the collision point, and then a high-speed jet is formed between the two metals, stripping the oxide film and pollutants on the surface layer of the two metals to expose the metal to a dynamic clean surface, The huge pressure generated by the explosion makes the two metals produce severe local plastic deformation near the interface. Under the combined action of high pressure and plastic deformation, the impact zone is formed into a corrugated tight combination and composite forming.
